37 Week Appointment - Exciting News!

Wednesday we went in for our 37 week appointment. Everything went well, I'm still measuring on track and Nolan's heartbeat sounded great, but I still have my headache (4 weeks now). Dr. Hurry has decided to induce me at 38 1/2 weeks which is next Friday, October 2. Ironically this is also Dierks' 1st Birthday, I'm not sure how that worked out. Stay tuned, Baby Nolan will be here in 1 week!

The Weekend

This past weekend was really nice and relaxing. Friday night Megan, Jessie Stockton, Jennifer (Allison's sister), Allison and I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner to celebrate Allison and Justin's upcoming wedding. Since Jessie and I are pregnant we had a tame bachelorette party. Allison is having another bachelorette party this weekend with another group of girls. We promise Allison we will celebrate after the babies are born!

Saturday morning Travis, Dierks and I walked up to the Fishers Farmers Market and bought fresh fruits and vegetables, they are delicious!
Saturday evening we got to spend the evening with our wonderful friends. Kim and Randy were in town so we all got together at the Archer household for pizza and lots of lovin' on Aiden who is 3 weeks old tomorrow. Our puppies also love getting together to run around and play, they were all pooped by the end of the night.

Welcome Aiden James Archer!

I'm so excited to announce that Aiden has arrived! He was born Tuesday, August 25 at 11:55 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs. 7.5 oz. and was 20 inches long. Travis and I got to visit the Archer family last night at the hospital and it was such a joy to meet Aiden. He is so adorable and sweet and a spitting image of his daddy. Mom, Dad and baby are doing well. We can't wait to spend more time with him.

After leaving the hospital it really hit home that Nolan will be joining us soon, the weeks are flying by. I can't wait for he and Aiden to meet, I know they'll be great friends and I'm sure they will get in plenty of trouble together, just like their moms! I can't wait to see what's in store for our families with these two little guys.

Congratulations Katie & Ryan!

Happy 60th Birthday Cindi!

Today is Travis' mom's 60th birthday. We threw a surprise party for her Saturday, it was a lot of fun and a great party. Cindi was very surprised when she showed up at her house and she had a house full of people waiting for her. Thanks to everyone that came to celebrate Cindi's birthday!

Nolan's 2nd Shower

This past Sunday both Grandma's threw Travis and I a baby shower for Nolan. The shower was so nice and we really appreciate all the love and time both Grandma's put into the shower. Thank you to everyone that came to the shower to celebrate our new little man. Nolan is so loved already! We can't wait to meet him in October, only 8 more weeks to go!

Brad Paisley/Dierks Bentley Concert

Last Saturday we went to the Brad Paisley/Dierks Bentley Concert. We tailgated in the parking lot and played corn hole before the show. This was Travis and I's second time to see Brad Paisley and third time seeing Dierks Bentley. They both put on an amazing concert as always! We had so much fun, but Sunday I was definitely in a lot of pain from standing all night. I guess concerts aren't always a great idea for someone who is almost 8 months pregnant, it was well worth it though.
